Return & Replacement

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

All the products are eligible for replacement under our 7 Days Replacement Policy in case you face any frame size issues. Damaged and broken products cannot be replaced.

However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged/different product or one with missing accessories, please inform our customer service via call or email and raise a request within 24-48 hours of delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, and a return/exchange authorization number otherwise the same will not be taken back.

Postage and charges for a return of these will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any used products.
